Automatic: HDB/TC blocks price on the TC full R&R basis, everything else on the MCST basis — no selection needed. Tick Cyclical only when the tender itself is a cyclical repainting contract (look for "CYC" in the tender reference): it scales TC trade to ~35% of R&R levels. This is a property of the tender notice, not the buildings, so it cannot be auto-detected from the map.
